Quick Solutions To Common Questions

Do you have questions related to your ticket? Here are some common FAQs to help answer those before filling out the contact form for the team.

I didn't receive my tickets or confirmation email
Please start with checking your email spam folder for an email from "noreply@eventspass.com"
 
If you still cannot locate a confirmation email, please contact the event producer or event organizer who will be able to search their event and confirm whether your transaction has been successful.
 
I can't login to my account, or I forgot my username or password

To retrieve your username, go to the inbox of the email in which you originally signed up to EventsPass (or in which you signed up to use with the event you are participating in). Search for an 'EventsPass' email in your inbox and spam folder. This email contains your username. If you are unable to locate this email, please contact the EventsPass team and let us know as much information about your account that you can recall, and we will assist as best we can.

 

To reset your password, visit https://www.eventspass.com/#/forgotPassword and follow the prompts. You will then receive a notification to your account email address with further instructions.

I can't see my tickets in my EventsPass account/login
There are four ways to add ticket(s) to your EventsPass account:
  1. Sign in to your existing EventsPass account before you complete the ticket checkout process
  2. Sign in to your existing EventsPass account at the completion of the ticket checkout process
  3. Create an EventsPass account at the completion of the ticket checkout process
  4. Create an EventsPass account later, and manually add your existing tickets.
